The house was listed with the photos on the left with no viewings, when the photos were changed the house had multiple viewings and sold in a short time.
The most important things are the light, colours, perspective, focus, and the ability to place yourself in the room.
A standard 3 bedroom house costs as little as $125 (+taxes). This includes interior and exterior photography, post processing, digital images (USB, DVD, or Digital Download) for web (multiple sizes) and for print (up to 8″x10″) as well as an 8″x10″ contact sheet of all of the images. Due to the nature of Real Estate we endeavour to have all images processed and available within 48 hours.
As lighting can often be an issue with real estate photography we use wireless studio strobes and light modifiers to show the interior of the house in the best possible light.
We can also produce handout (printable) sheets with photos and additional information on request.
Ariel and 3D photography can also be provided based on requirements. Our Drones are registered with Transport Canada and all the pilots we use are Transport Canada Certified.
